Privacy
This notice describes the processing of personal data in connection with the SOS Closer service available at soscloser.com. It is the applicable privacy notice for the service. Capitalised terms not defined here have their ordinary meaning in the product.
Controller. Personal data submitted to the service is processed by the operator of SOS Closer for the purposes set out below. Enquiries concerning this notice may be sent to closeraios@gmail.com.
Categories of data. Depending on use of the service, the following categories may be processed: (a) account identifiers (display name, email address); (b) authentication credentials, stored as a one-way hash and not as plaintext; (c) workspace records you submit (offers, enquiries, pipeline notes, closing packages, proof assets, contacts, follow-ups, and work-kit profile text); (d) media you upload (compressed still images stored on the account; video files stored on the account, or third-party video URLs); (e) identifiers required to apply a paid plan to an account; (f) support correspondence (name, reply email, optional telephone or messaging number, preferred channel, and message body); (g) technical data generated by the hosting environment (including IP address, timestamps, and request metadata) as required to operate, secure, and debug the service.
Purposes and legal basis. Personal data is processed to perform the contract for the service: creating and authenticating the account, storing and retrieving workspace records, applying plan limits, collecting payment for paid access, publishing a work kit where publication is enabled by you, and handling support requests. Technical data is processed as required to maintain availability, integrity, and security of the service, and to comply with applicable law.
Publication. Workspace records other than a published work kit are available only through an authenticated session on the account that created them. If you enable publication of a work kit, the selected profile text, photographs, and video links or files are retrievable at a public URL without authentication and may be indexed by third parties. Publication is a user-controlled setting and may be withdrawn in the product.
Recipients and processors. We do not sell personal data. We do not disclose personal data for third-party advertising. Processing is carried out using infrastructure, database, authentication, and payment subprocessors acting on documented instructions and limited to the purposes above. Those subprocessors may store or transmit data in the jurisdictions in which they operate.
Retention. Account and workspace data are retained for the duration of the account. Support records are retained as required to handle the request and keep a correspondence log. Session credentials expire according to the service’s session configuration. Following deletion of an account, residual copies may persist in routine backups for a limited period until those backups rotate.
Access, export, and erasure. Authenticated users may export offers, enquiries, proof, contacts, and follow-ups as JSON from Settings. Work-kit media is not included in that file and may be removed in Work kit. To request erasure of an account, or a copy of personal data held on the account, email closeraios@gmail.com from the registered address. Requests that cannot be matched to an account may be refused.
Cookies. The service sets a host-only session cookie required to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising. Disabling cookies will prevent authenticated use of the product.
